Est. in 2006 as FIT 4 EVER and was renamed in 2012 to INSPIRE FITNESS, for more than a decade we have been bringing health & fitness to the people in the Middelburg area.
Situated on the grounds of Middelburg Hoerskool in the heart of Middelburg, Mpumalanga. We offer a great service and have professional staff to train people of all ages.
After the successful growth of our 1st branch we opened a second branch, in 2016, at Mhluzi Mall which offers all the great services which we are known for.
After a successful 5 year run at Mhluzi Mall we unfortunately had to close that branch due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
GROUP TRAINING
We offer a number of great classes and have recently joined the world phenomenon POUND which is now available at all our branches.
We also offer the following:
Aerobics, Step, Spinning, Aero-Dance, Zumba, Hip Hop, Xtreme Taibo, Fitness Box, Speedball, Rebounce, STRONG by Zumba to name a few.
SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS
We offer a full body assessment upon joining. This allows us to assess you from head to toe, and ask you some insight into your medical history to ensure a completly unique program to best suite you.

This package is designed for scholars/students between the ages of 14 and 23*
It is a 12 month contract and have limited time access.

COUPLE PACKAGES
We offer family packages that can consist of up to 2 family members on a 12 or 24 month option.
There are no joining fee on these packages, but 1st month installment is payable upon joining
